About a session
- One session = one portrait → three plates: The Lifestyle (four cinematic frames), The Salon (six signature hairstyles), and Wardrobe Palette (six refined tones).
- A pack purchase grants you a number of sessions (1, 5, or 10).
- Each session costs one credit. Credits are decremented once your results are delivered to the device.
I bought a pack but my credits are missing
- Open the App and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen.
- Apple sometimes takes a few minutes to deliver a transaction; try again after a short wait.
- Still nothing? Email the address above with your Apple receipt number — we will look it up.
The App rejected my portrait
- For best results: a clear front-facing photograph in natural light, hair away from the face, neutral background.
- Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, or extreme angles.
- You can pinch and drag in the cropper to frame the portrait yourself.
My result didn't generate
- If a session fails partway through, your credit is preserved — you will not be charged for a failed generation.
- Try again on a stronger network. Generations take 20–40 seconds typically.
- If a session credit is decremented but no result was delivered, email us with the approximate time and we will investigate the server logs.
How do I get a refund?
- All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If you want us to advocate for a refund on your behalf, email us with the details.
Privacy concerns
See our Privacy Policy. We do not retain a copy of your portrait, do not require an account, and do not track you across apps.
